摘    要:为有效处置废弃物并拓宽路基填料来源,对"石膏碱渣"固化剂配制混合轻质土路基填料的配合比、施工工艺等关键技术进行了研发。提出了疏浚淤泥与EPS颗粒混合轻质土新技术新工艺。结果表明:该新型轻质土具有轻质、高强、经济和环保等突出优点;强化了处置废弃物的能力和功效,减小了天然土方开挖,缓解了废弃物的土地占用和环境污染问题,使用效果良好。

Experimental Study on Lightweight Subgrade Fill Mixed with Dredged Silt and Waste EPS Beads

Abstract:For the purpose of effective waste disposal and widening the source of subgrade fill, the curing agent of “gypsum soda residue” was used to make the research and development on the key technology of mixing proportion and construction process for preparation of lightweight soil. The new technology and process for mixing lightweight soil with dredged silt and EPS grain are put forward. The result shows that this new kind of soil is light, high-strengthened, economic and friendly to environment; thus it has good performance in enhancement of waste disposal, and reduction of natural earth excavation, land occupation and environmental contamination.
