| 摘 要： | 目的 研究放射性核素188铼 (188Re)诱导前列腺癌PC 3细胞凋亡及作用机制。方法 应用光镜、电镜、流式细胞仪和免疫组化图像分析技术检测不同浓度188Re作用于体外培养的前列腺癌PC 3细胞后 ,诱导细胞凋亡及bcl 2和bax基因表达情况。结果 188Re能诱导前列腺癌PC 3细胞产生凋亡形态学及生化特征改变 ,随着188Re剂量增大 ,凋亡率增加 ,bcl 2表达减弱 ,bax表达增强。结论 188Re能诱导前列腺癌PC 3细胞凋亡且具有剂量 效应关系 ,bcl 2和bax基因发挥着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study apoptosis of PC 3 cell induced by 188 Re and its mechanism. Methods By means of light microscope, transmissional electron microscope, flow cytometer and images analysis, we observed apoptosis induced by 188 Re with different doses and expression of bcl 2 and bax genes.Results PC 3 cell showed morphologic and physiologic chemistry changes of apoptosis under radiation of 188 Re. With the increase of dose, apoptosis rate increased, bcl 2 genes decreased and bax genes was enhanced.Conclusion 188 Re may induce apoptosis of PC 3 cell in a dose effect relationship. Bcl 2 and bax genes play an important role in the coures. |
