Integrated Transfer System of Shanghai South Railway Station

At present,the transfer problem in transport hub,especially an integrated transport hub of Chinese cities has become increasingly prominent.The transfer quality of a hub lies on the quality of the project design.This article in-troduces the overall layout and transfer system of Shanghai South Railway Station,including the transfer line and transfer distance among urban rail,bus,taxi,bicycle,private car,coach and social car.Through an analysis,the authors argue,there are more improvements in the layout design of Shanghai south railway hub than in many existing large railway stations,but compared to the excellent foreign transport hubs,the three-dimensional space under the railway station has not been fully u-tilized.This article will provide a reference to the layout design of other integrated transport hubs in China.
