双护盾TBM在城市地铁隧道中的应用研究

摘    要:为解决双护盾TBM在城市地铁施工中遇到的断层破碎带、硬岩施工等技术难题,进一步推广双护盾TBM在城市地铁中的应用。以深圳轨道交通8号线梧桐山—沙头角站双护盾TBM区间为研究对象,通过数值分析、地质相关分布统计及现场实践相结合的方法,研究双护盾TBM在断层破碎段、矿山法空推段、极硬岩段的施工技术问题及优化改进策略,提出适宜的双护盾TBM的施工控制及地质掘进参数,通过这些典型施工及地质问题的研究,极大地提高了双护盾TBM的整体施工效率。

Application of Double Shield TBM in Urban Subway Construction

Abstract:In order to solve the technical problems encountered in the construction of double shield TBM in urban metro, such as fault breakage zone and extremely hard rock construction, and promote the application of double shield TBM in urban metro, this paper, taking the double shield TBM section of Wutongshan-Shatoujiao Station of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 8 as the research object, studies the construction technology problems and optimization improvement strategies of double shield TBM in fault fractured section, air thrust section of mine method and extremely hard rock section by means of numerical analysis, geological correlation distribution statistics and field practices, and puts forward suitable construction control and geological excavation of double shield TBM. Through the study of these typical construction and geological problems, the overall construction efficiency of TBM with double shield is greatly improved.
