| 摘 要： | 军队能否顺利进行铁路快速输送,由诸多相关能力因素决定。分析了站场保障、车辆保障和备品保障这三个制约军队实施铁路快速输送的主要因素中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Since whether troops can be fast transported by railway is decided by many capability factors,railway station insurance,carriage insurance,and supplies insurance are analyzed in the paper,which are the main obstacles to the fast transportation of troops by railway,with solutions to overcoming these obstacles put forward,which may help solve the problems. |
