城市高架桥宽幅预应力盖梁优化设计分析

摘    要:以城市小箱梁高架桥的宽幅预应力盖梁为对象,对三种不同类型的桥墩盖梁进行设计分析,提出多个优化改进措施,并建立对应的有限元模型,对宽幅预应力盖梁的结构构造、预应力配束、墩梁约束、梁片架设、施工阶段划分等方面进行模拟和调整,计算和分析梁片架设过程及运营期盖梁的受力性能。结果表明,墩顶处盖梁受力复杂,计算应准确模拟梁片架设过程,合理设定钢束的张拉顺序和批次,确保施工阶段和使用阶段的结构安全。

Abstract:Taking the wide prestressed pier cap of urban small box girder viaduct as the object,three different types of wide prestressed pier caps were designed and analyzed.Several optimization and improvement measures were put forward,and the corresponding finite element model was established to simulate the structure,prestressed tendon,constraints on pier and pier cap,beam erection,construction stage division of the wide prestressed pier caps.The mechanical performance of the pier caps were calculated and analyzed in the construction stage and use stage in this paper.The results showed that the stress of pier cap at the top of pier could be complex.The calculation should accurately simulate the erection process of beam,and reasonably set the tensioning sequence and batch of steel strand to ensure the structural safety in the construction stage and use stage.
