| 摘 要： | 随着沉箱施工能力的大幅提升，沉箱预制施工过程中暴露出的事故隐患也日显突出。文章总结了以往沉箱预制事故教训，对事故产生的原因进行了分析，辩识了沉箱预制过程危险因素，论述了在模板工艺设计、技术措施和管理措施二三个方面应采取的安全措施。

| Abstract: | Hidden dangers during caisson production are becoming even serious along with the growing capacity of caisson production.In this article,starting with the past accidents during caisson production,analyzed the causes of accidents,recognized the danger factors during caisson production,and stated the solutions from three perspectives as formwork design,technical assurances,and management assurances. |
