| Abstract: | The article shows the piracy damage to maritime security from the view of life, property, environmem and navigation security. Aiming at the exiting problems in defending the attack of piracy, it advices to perfect the legislation on punishing piracy, involve in the international cooperation, strengthen information collection and improve early-warning system. |
