SMA级配超薄磨耗层路用性能的对比研究

摘    要:对超薄磨耗层采用SMA-10和SMA-5两种类型的公称粒径进行沥青混合料的配合比设计,在确定矿料级配及最佳油石比后,经室内试验和摊铺试验路段验证,结果表明,两种混合料皆具有良好的路用性能,与SMA-5相比,SMA-10具有构造深度大、摩擦系数大、抗滑性能好、抗车辙性能好的特点,更有利于确保路面功能,也更适用于超薄磨耗层。

Abstract:This paper uses two types of nominal particle sizes SMA-10 and SMA-5 to design asphalt mix-ture ratio for ultrathin wear layer. After determining the aggregate gradation and the best whetstone, it makes laboratory testing and paving roads verification, experimental results show that both two kinds of mixes have a good road performance. Compared with the SMA-5, SMA-10 has the characteristics that great structure depth, high coefficient of friction, good anti sliding and anti rutting performance, it is more useful for ensuring the pavement function and more suitable for ultrathin wear layer.
