美多心安对扩张型心肌病患者血淋巴细胞线粒体膜的影响

为探讨美多心安对心力衰竭患者心肌能量代谢的影响，以淋巴细胞为研究模型，用电镜细胞化学方法，对35例扩张型心肌病心衰患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上随机分为两组，加服美多心安或安慰剂。经平均2．5月观察，随着心功能改善，加用美多心安者外周血淋巴细胞线粒体增生程度减轻，线粒体膜磷脂超微结构定位损伤性改变得到调整、修复；而在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用安慰剂者，则改变不明显。提示美多心安可通过调整、修复心衰患者线粒体膜磷脂损伤，改善心肌能量代谢状态。

THE EFFECTS OF METOPROLOL ON MYOCARDIAL METABOLITES IN DILATED CARDIALMYOPATHY

Aim. To observe the effect of metoprolol on myocardial energy metabolites in patientwith heart failure. Methods. Peripheral lymphocytes was used as the study model in which the protective and repairative effects of metoprolol on mitochondrial membrane phospholipid (MPL) were observed. 35 hospitalized patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) were divided into metoprololgroup and placebo control group at random. TheMPL localization was proceeded by modifiedDermer's tricomplx flocculation. Results. Aftermean 2. 5 months follow-up, with the heart functionimproved, in metoprolol group, the degree of mitochondrial proliferation of peripheral lymphocyteswas decreased and the mitochondrial MPL injurywas repaired in certain degree. But no significantchanges were found in either the proliferation orMPL injury in the controls. Conclusion. Metoprololhas a beneficial effects on myocardial energymetabolites through protecting and repairing mitochondrial MPL injury in patients with DCM.
