| 摘 要： | 提出一类针对散货码头货运列车集疏港生产调度的M/D/c排队网络,建立生灭过程模型,利用排队网络系统的数学模型及查普曼-柯尔莫哥洛夫方程一般法则导出其性能指标的运算公式,并运用平滑摄动分析法做出该类型排队网络的平均服务效率对服务时间的灵敏度估计.分析方法在国内某大型散货码头调度策略仿真中得到较好的验证.

| Abstract: | A M/D/c queuing network about harbor production is presented in the paper.The expressions about the characteristic of the system are educed using mathematic model and Chapman Kolmogorov equation.The Smoothed Perturbation Analysis method is employed for sensitivity analysis. |
