高速数据采集的闪光焊参数测试系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了锚链闪光焊参数测试系统的技术方案、硬件组成、软件功能设计。重点描述了采用DMA(D irectM emory Access)循环双缓冲采集方式和VC 6.0多线程技术将高速数据采集引入到闪光焊质量分析中的实施过程。该系统实现了数据高速采集、实时显示以及数据管理功能。应用证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,提高了闪光焊焊接的自动化及产品质量。

Abstract:The parameter testing system for the flash welding is introduced,including the technique scheme,the hardware composition and the function design of the software.The application of the double buffering acquisition in cycle mode with DMA(Direct Memory Access) and the multithreading technique of Visual C~( )for the high-speed data acquisition is described chiefly.The function of high-speed data acquisition as well as the real time display and data management are realized in the system.Running results show that the system is reliable in application and nice in control and it can improve the automatic level of flash welding.
