| 摘 要： | 根据船舶事故产生的原因,研究了船舶航运事故防范的方法。即实时快速计算船舶在每个时刻的安全航速,根据实际航速和安全航速的比较,进行航运安全的判断,从而提前预测事故隐患,提高船舶的安全性。

| Abstract: | According to the reasons why ship accidents caused,a precaution measure of ship accident is studed.The safety velocity of the ship will be calculated real-time.After the comparison of the actual velocity and the safety velocity,the security of navigation is being estimate.So the hidden trouble can be advance discover and the security of the ship can be improved. |
