加厚板焊接工艺及焊接过程的质量控制

Large container ship products becomes more and more popular, more high-strength and thickening steel plate is widely applied in the large container ship construction, the thickness of steel plate is getting thicker with the increase of ship load and container loading quantity, which requires the welding technology of thickening steel plate welding is different with the traditional steel plate welding process, and strict control of welding quality in the welding process is also necessary. This article mainly analyzes the choice of welding technology and the quality control method of E40 thickening steel plate.
