船用脱硫装置特种不锈钢管焊接工艺设计

摘    要:通过研究船用脱硫装置设计及材料特性,结合项目产品特点及现有资源,设计3种船用脱硫装置特种不锈钢管焊接工艺。为确保新焊接工艺满足设计要求,体现实用性和经济性,对焊接方法、焊材种类进行遴选,并进行焊接试验以优化各项焊接参数。试验结果表明,管材焊接接头的各项性能满足设计及规范要求,新焊接工艺通过评定并得到船级社认可。经实船应用,采用新焊接工艺的管路焊接接头耐蚀性能良好。

Abstract:By studying the design and material characteristics of marine desulfurizing installation, combined with the project product characteristics and existing resources, three kinds of special stainless steel pipe welding procedures for marine desulfurizing installation are designed. In order to ensure that the new welding procedures meet the design requirements and reflect the practicability and economy, the welding method and welding material types are selected, and the welding test is conducted to optimize the welding parameters. The test results show that the performances of pipe welded joints meet the requirements of design and specification, and the new welding procedures pass the qualification and are approved by the classification society. By the application in real ship, the corrosion resistance of pipeline welded joint using the new welding procedures is good.
