| 摘 要： | 军交运输快速反应能力的影响因素较多,定量评估较为困难.介绍了矩阵结掏分析法基本原理,探讨了影响军交运输快速反应能力的有关因素,在此基础上,运用矩阵结构分析法对军交运输快速反应能力进行了量化评估,以求为军交运输训练、建设、管理和决策提供科学准确的参考依据.

| Abstract: | It is quite difficult to make a quantitative evaluation of the fast response capability in military transportation because many factors are involved in it.The basic principles of the matrix structure analytical method are dealt with in the paper,with some important factors affecting the fast response capacity in military transportation probed into,upon the basis of which a quantitative evaluation of the fast response capability in military transportation by the matrix structure analytical method is made.It may serve as the scientific and accurate referential grounds for the training,construction,management and decision-making in military transportation. |
