摘    要:为解决绿色服务区内涵认识不清、评价指标针对性不强的问题,将高速公路服务区解析为人工-自然复合生态系统,依据生态系统理论,应用层次分析法建立了绿色服务区评价指标体系。以绿色服务区评价为目标层,构建场地环境、房屋建筑、资源能源系统、环保设施、人性化设施、加分项6个系统层指标;选取突出“资源节约、能源节约、绿色环保、服务便捷”特征的22项评价指标作为指标层;采用问卷调查、专家打分的方法确定指标评分办法及指标权重。为验证该评价指标体系的科学性,对某典型绿色服务区进行评价,评价结果为“优秀”等级,与事实相符。

Abstract:To solve the problems of unclear understanding of the connotation of green service area and weak pertinence of evaluation indexes, the service area was treated as an artificial-natural composite ecosystem. According to the theory of ecosystem, an evaluation index system of green service area was established by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The evaluation of green service area was taken as the target layer, six system layer indexes were constructed, including site environment, house building, resource and energy system, environmental protection facilities, humanized facilities and additional points. There were 22 evaluation indexes chosen to be the index layer to highlight the characteristics of resource saving, energy saving, green environmental protection and convenient service. The questionnaire survey and expert scoring method were used to determine the index scoring method and index weight. In order to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system, a typical green service area was selected for evaluation applying this evaluation index system, and the evaluation result reached the "excellent level", which conformed to the facts.
