船舶设计中的项目管理模式探讨

项目管理作为以项目为对象的系统管理方法,已在工程建设中得到普遍应用和发展,而应用于工程设计在我国还不普遍,船舶设计行业尚处于探索、总结和完善阶段.根据工程设计管理模式的变化,结合708研究所在多型船舶设计实施设计项目管理的情况,对船舶设计实施项目管理进行探讨,有利于提高项目质量,降低成本,提高设计院的竞争力.

Discussion on project management mode in ship design

As a systematic management method aiming at project,project management has been generally adopted and developed in engineering construction area.However,its application in engineering design area is quite few in China, and is still at a phase of exploration,summarization and consummating.According to the changes of mode in engineering design management combined with the situation of design project management implemented in many ship types designed in MARIC,the project management applied in ship design has been discussed in order to improve project quality,reduce cost and accelerate the competitiveness of design institute.
