| 摘 要： | 本文分析了ZL109(ZAlSi12Cu1 Mg1Ni1)铝活塞在固溶处理过程中产生裂纹的原因,指出了铝活塞在铸造、热处理过程中的工艺要点,并提出了有效预防开裂的措施。
