| 摘 要： | 目的评价丝素蛋白-羟基磷灰石类骨质复合生物材料的生物相容性。方法体外研究将成骨样细胞株MG-63细胞与不同材料进行复合培养,利用倒置显微镜、四甲基偶氮唑盐比色(MTT)法进行生物相容性评价;体内研究将不同材料植入新西兰大白兔股骨髓腔,分别在4周、8周取出标本,HE、新三色染色后观察新骨生成情况。结果在体外、体内实验中丝素蛋白-羟基磷灰石类骨质复合生物材料组均显示出良好的生物相容性。结论丝素蛋白-羟基磷灰石复合生物材料具有良好的生物相容性,为新型骨替代材料的制备及应用提供新的思路。 |
