基于CATIA系统的虚拟装配仿真研究

摘    要:以某种载人潜水器为例,在CATIA环境下进行虚拟仿真研究.应用CATIA软件对设计方案进行三维仿真建模,在虚拟的空间内对潜水器各系统进行装配,不仅检验了方案设计的正确性,而且也使设备与装置的布置更加合理,同时也有利于确定潜器内管、线穿舱体的合理位置.

Abstract:Taken a manned submersible as an example,it introduced a virtual assembly method based on the CATIA.Using the CATIA to model the three-dimensional simulation according to the design plan,to assemble all systems of the submersible in the virtual space,it not only verify the correctness of the design,but also make a more rational about the assembling of equipment and devices,but also conducive to determine the location of the submersible inner tube and wire penetrating.
