融入行业文化 丰富高职校园文化内涵

依据高职院校“职业性”特征,在分析目前高职校园文化现状的基础上,提出高职校园文化建设应注重高职教育自身特点进行培育,着眼导入行业元素,根植于行业文化,加强校园文化与行业文化渗透和融合。并从理念、机制、平台三方面进行探讨,提出融入行业文化丰富高职校园文化建设内涵框架。

The Enrichment of College Culture Merged with Profession Culture

According to a recent analysis of the current status of college culture, taking into account the fact that colleges should offer courses concerned with professions, and college students should be qualified and competent for their occupations after graduation, we think in order to develop college culture, we should focus on the features of college education itself and introduce elements concemed with professions as well as be firmly rooted in profession culture. Besides, we should make more efforts to help merge and combine college culture and profession culture together. Last but not least, through explorations from the three aspects of conception, institution and platform, we should be able to come up with a possible way by which we can work out the framework of the establishment and development of college culture merged with profession culture.
