摘    要:铁路10kV自动闭塞供电系统向铁路行车信号用电提供电源,其可靠性直接影响铁道运输安全。在2008年初的大冰雪中,武广电气化区段部分信号电源中断,造成该区段信号灯不能工作,暴露了电气化区段信号电源可靠性存在的问题。一方面,自动闭塞信号供电系统外部电源过于依赖牵引供电系统,在铁道主干线采用双回路带备用发电机的方式值得探讨;另一方面,10kV自闭配电所的自动化程度低是系统可靠性的重要制约因素,急需得到改善。

Abstract:Railway traffic signal system is powered by 10 kV automatic block signal power supply system whose reliability directly influences railway traffic safety. Some signals were unable to work in early 2008 in the ice and snow disaster because of the failure of Wu-Guang traction power supply system, which exposed some problems with signal power supply reliability. On the one hand, the external power supply system of automatic block signal is overly dependent on traction power supply system. It is worth discussing to use double return route in the railway trunk line and an emergency generator. On the other hand, the low automation of the closure system of 10kV substation is an important limitation factor on the reliability of the system, which needs urgent improvement.
