信号瞬态分形特征分析技术在机械故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:首先对一种信号分形维数计算方法即相关分形维数进行了讨论,发现其对信号幅值的变化反映敏感.为满足分析的需要,进一步提出了一种对信号瞬态分形特征进行分析的方法,并将此技术用于实际故障的诊断过程.实践证明,文中提出的信号瞬态分形特征分析技术完全可以对机械信号的瞬态幅值变化信息进行准确提取,且具有计算量小、方便实用等特点,有望在机械故障的诊断实践中得以推广应用.

Abstract:First of all a traditional method for estimating the fractal dimension of signal, i. e. correlation fractal dimension, was discussed. Research revealed that it was sensitive to the change of the signal in amplitude. Following this discussion, a novel method for extracting the transient fractalfeature of the signal was proposed in order to meet the further need of analyzing machinery signals. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through applying it to the diagnosing practices. Experimental results show that the transient variation of the signal in amplitude may be captured by using the proposed technique and in comparison with the existing signal analyzing methods, the proposed method involves less intensive computation and therefore it is more feasible to be used in mechanical fault diagnosing practices.
