摘    要:设计了某中型货车驾驶室翻转扭杆,对其尺寸进行了精确计算,经过应力校核使扭杆符合应力极限要求。根据给出的加工工艺进行扭杆加工,并将扭杆试件安装到扭杆试验机上进行静扭、疲劳等试验。试验结果证实样品合格,验证了所用设计方法的实用性和计算结果的可靠性。

Abstract:The cab tilting torsion bar of a medium duty truck was designed,the dimensions were calculated and the stress can meet the limited requirements.Specimens of torsion bar were produced according to the manufacture process,and twist and fatigue experiments for torsion bar specimens were finished on the test bench.The results of experiment indicated that the torsion bars are qualified,thus the design method and calculating results were useful and reliable.
