考虑交叉口冲突点延误的交通紧急疏散

摘    要:提出了一个考虑交叉口冲突点延误的疏散路径模型,用"当量费用"来表述交叉口冲突点延误;寻求使冲突点延误与疏散车辆行驶费用二者总费用最小的最优疏散路线;通过改进的最小费用流算法求解此模型,并以一个算例给出了算法的具体应用.

Abstract:This study presents an evacuation route model that considering conflict points'delay at intersection,using "equivalent cost" to replace conflict points'delay,minimum cost evacuation routes for conflict points'delay cost and steer cost are found.An improved minimum cost flow algorithm is designed for the model and a numerical network example is given at last.
