Bcl-2蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的　探讨bcl 2蛋白在肺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测了 56例肺癌组织中bcl 2蛋白的表达。结果　肺癌组织中bcl 2蛋白表达率为 50 0 % ,癌旁组织为72 2 % ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,但二者均明显高于正常肺组织 (6 7% ,P <0 0 5) ,bcl 2过表达与肺癌病理类型、分化程度均无关 (P >0 0 5) ,与TNM分期呈负相关 (P <0 0 5)。结论　bcl 2过表达与肺癌发生有关 ,可能为细胞发生恶性转化的早期信号。

Expression and clinical significances of bcl-2 protein in lung cancer

Objective To investigate the function of bcl 2 protein in genesis and development of lung cancer.Methods Expressions of bcl 2 protein in 56 patients with lung cancer were examined by immunohoistochemical S P method.Results The expression rates of bcl 2 protein were 50.0% in lung cancer tissues and 72.2% in adjacent non neoplastic tissues.There was no significant difference in the former,but either of them was distinctly higher than that in normal lung tissues ( P <0.05),overexpression of bcl 2 protein was not associated with pathological types and differential grades of lung cancer ( P >0.05),but was negative related to P TNM stages ( P <0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of bcl 2 protein is related to lung carcinogenesis and may be an early signal of cell malignant transformation.
