摘    要:重载铁路运输是国际公认的铁路货运发展方向,其特点是大轴重、长编组、大运量、高密度。重载铁路技术作业站是承担重载铁路安全运输及大能力、高效率作业的关键作业节点。结合大秦线4.0亿t、朔黄线3.5亿t扩能改造,山西中南部铁路通道等重载铁路建设和运营的成功经验,从重载铁路运输车流特点及组织形式、技术作业站分类、影响技术作业站图型布置的主要因素等方面进行综合分析研究,提出重载铁路技术作业站基本平面布置图型,分析不同图型的适用范围和优缺点,为我国重载铁路的建设、运营提供技术标准和设计参考。

Abstract:As the internationally-acknowledged priority for the development of railway freight transport, heavy haul railway stands out for its large axle load, long formation, large transport volume and high density, while the technical operation station for heavy haul railway serves as an important link for transport safety as well as highcapacity and efficient operation. The paper takes reference from the successful examples of the construction and operation of the central-south railway corridor in Shanxi province and other heavy haul lines, as well as the capacity expansion of both Daqin (400 million tons) and Shuohuang (350 million tons) railways. It carries out integrated analysis on the characteristics of traffic flow and organization pattern, the categorization of technical operation stations, and the influential factors to the schematic design of operation stations, etc. On this basis, the paper puts forward the basic layout design for such station, and studies the applicable scope and pros/cons of different plans, providing technical guidance and design for the construction and operation of China’s heavy haul transport.
