| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前临床上广泛使用的地高辛维持量疗法存在的问题,运用药物动力学的有关理论,提出了改良的负荷量疗法。文章通过血浆地高辛浓度和临床观察,比较两种疗法的临床疗效和中毒发生率。结果表明改良的地高辛负荷量疗法能提高疗效,具有减少洋地黄中毒的趋势。本文推荐的地高辛负荷量疗法为:第1天给予负荷量0.375mg～0.75mg,分2～3次服用;第2天后按Cr调整维持量。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem of digoxin maintenancedose therapy supplied widely now in clinic, we sug-gested an improved digoxin loading dose therapy basedon the relative theory of pharmacokinetics. In thisstudy, the clinical curative effects and digoxin toxicrate between the two schemes were compared with themeasurements of plasma digoxin concentration and clini-cal observations. The results showed that the improveddigosin loading dose therapy could increase the effectsand might decrease the digoxin toxic rate. The recom-mended therapy is as fllows: first day 0. 375mg～0.75mgas loading dose, divieded in 2～3 times; from the se-cond day administering the day maintenance dose ac-cording to Cr. |
