水性环氧树脂改性半柔性路面材料性能研究

摘    要:基于低温弯曲试验、贯入式抗剪试验及疲劳试验,系统地研究了水性环氧树脂对半柔性路面材料的性能影响.研究结果表明:水性环氧树脂的最佳掺量为10%~20%(与水泥的质量比)、E/C为04时,半柔性路面材料的抗弯拉强度达到6.97MPa,抗剪强度达到1.06MPa、应力比为0.2时疲劳寿命超过40 000次.通过界面改性,半柔性路面材料的综合性能更加完善.

Abstract:Base on the bending test, shearing test in low temperature and fatigue test, the paper researches the effect on the property of the semi-flexible pavement by a kind of interracial modifier. The result shows that the feasible content of interracial modifier is 10%-20%. As E/C is 0.4%, the flexural strength gets 6.97MPa and anti-shear strength reaches 1.06MPa, and fatigue-life is over 40000 at 0.2 stress ratio. By interracial modification, the synthesis property of semi-flexible pavement is especially perfect.
