摘    要:由于半刚性基层沥青路面容易产生反射裂缝、水损坏等,有被柔性基层沥青路面替代的趋势,但是柔性基层的厚度对路面强度的影响却不是很明确。通过试验路铺筑,并在各结构层表面进行承载板、弯沉试验,同时对级配碎石层的压实度进行测试,对比分析各结构层铺筑后路面强度变化的情况,研究得出,采用厚度过大的级配碎石层,路面的整体强度相对较低,同时过厚的级配碎石层采用分层施工又不利于其压实质量的控制。试验研究结果对级配碎石层的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Because semi-rigid base bituminous pavement is easy to produce reflection crack, water damage and so on, it is being replaced by flexible base bituminous pavement.But the impact of thethickness of flexible base on pavement strength is not clear.Through paving experiment road, experimenting on bearing plane, deflection on surface of structural courses and testing the compactness of graded macadam base, the changes of pavement strength of every structure course after paving are contrasted and analyzed.The research indicates that the integral strength of pavement will be lower comparatively if the graded macadam course is too thick, meanwhile the stratified construction for over-thick graded macadam course goes against the control of compaction quality.The test results have certain instruction significance to the design of graded macadam base.
