| 摘 要： | 如何合理确定铁路的主要技术标准,不但关系到铁路自身发展及铁路在综合交通运输体系中发挥重要作用,而且会对国民经济长远发展产生深远影响。以新海铁路专用线为例,介绍新海专用线的线路走向和工程概况,重点研究了主要技术标准、选线方案、限制坡度、最小曲线半径、正线数目的比选以及工程效果等。研究内容不仅可以用于综合协调主要技术标准,还可以为制定标准和具体设计线的主要技术标准提供定量的技术经济依据,对新海线项目的经济评估有一定的应用价值。
