广西天然碎石土路面低造价硬化技术研究

摘    要:以广西农村公路砂石路面为依托进行低造价改造技术的试验研究,经现场取样和室内、外试验,结果表明:对于现有碎石土路面,添加占总量20%~30%的粘性土作为胶结材料时,能显著改变碎石土的颗粒级配,易于形成路面板块;再添加占胶结材料2%的石灰进行改善,能大幅提高路面结构的强度和水稳性能;若再添加水泥等胶结材料,虽可进一步提高强度,但不利于施工.故对于农村公路天然碎石土路面,建议采用路拌法泥灰固结.

Abstract:Based on the sand-gravel pavement of Guangxi rural highway, the test research on low-cost reconstruction is carried on. Though field sampling as well as indoor and outdoor test, the result shows that in allusion to the present sand-gravel pavement, adding clay soil as cementing mat- ter, the content of which is 20%-30% of total mixture, can obviously change the gradation of macadam, and the pavement slab is easy to form. Meanwhile adding lime, the content of which is 2% of cementing matter, can heighten the strength of pavement structure and waterstable property greatly. If cement or other cementing matter is added in addition, though the strength can be height- ened further, but it goes against construction. Therefore, in allusion to rural highway natural macadam pavement, it is suggested that using road-mixing marl for concretion.
