美军民航飞机加改装研究

美军重视动员利用民航飞机来弥补建制空运力量的不足。在加改装实践中，美军以改装简便、经济快捷为原则，瞄准装备物资输送和伤病员后送等航空战略投送保障急需，坚持通用化、模块化设计，在加改装技术研究、法规建设等方面，取得了系列成果，对我军新形势下开展民航飞机加改装工作具有直接借鉴意义和参考价值。

A Study of the Conversion of Commercial Airplanes by the U.S.Army

To make up for the shortage of its systematic airlifting forces,the U.S.Army lays great stress on the mobilization and conversion of commercial airplanes.In the conversion practice,the U.S.Army bases its conversion on the principles of simplicity,quickness and economy,aims at the urgent support needs of long-range proj ection,for example,the airlifting of equipments and materials,the aeromedical evacuation of the wounded,etc.,sticks to the universal and modular designs, and makes a series of great achievements in the studies of conversion technology and code construction.Its successful experience can be of great referential value for our army in carrying out the conversion of commercial airplanes in the current situation.
