无砟轨道温度裂缝控制技术

摘    要:针对道床板出现温度变形裂缝问题,分析其产生的原因,提出设计时适当配置结构钢筋,采用对水泥、粗骨料及外加剂等进行原材料控制,改进施工工艺和加强混凝土早期养护等措施控制裂缝产生,并介绍了开槽法、低压注浆法和表面覆盖法等适用于不同宽度裂缝的修补方法,最后提出今后应研究制定裂纹参数限值和优化伸缩缝的布置方式等相关建议。
