| 摘 要： | 重装备公路投送是重型武器装备短途倒运的主要方式。简述了重装备公路投送的优点和运用方式，分析了国内外重装备公路投送能力的现状，并从投送装备建设、运力运用机制、保障能力建设、投送综合演练和动员机制5个方面提出了加强重装备公路投送能力建设的对策。

| Abstract: | The highway transportation of heavy equipments is one of the main transportation means for the short--distance transshipment of heavy weapons and equipments. Upon the basis of briefing the advantages and applying methods of the high- way projection of heavy equipments, and analyzing the current situation of the highway projection capacity for heavy equipments both at home and abroad, some measures to enhance the buildup Of the highway projection capacity for heavy equipments are put forward from five angles of the buildup of projection equipment,the application mechanism of transport capacity, the construc- tion of supporting capability, the comprehensive training of projection, and the mobilization mechanism. |
