| 摘 要： | 采用分光光度法,对比研究了丙酮、乙醇以及不同体积比的丙酮与无水乙醇混合液5种提取液对大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰叶绿素萃取效果的影响,以筛选最佳提取条件。结果表明,常温下,丙酮和无水乙醇的1∶1混合液对大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰叶绿素的提取效果较好。

| Abstract: | The chlorophyll is extracted from leaves of Damask Ⅲ rose by spectrophotometer,in which 5 kinds of extracting solvents are applied to have a contrastive study on extraction effects of different extracting solvents on chlorophyll in Damask rose Ⅲ leaves,including acetone,ethanol,and the different volume ratio of acetone and ethanol mixture.The experimental results show that the best method for chlorophyll extraction in damask III rose leaves is to use a solvent mixing acetone with ethanol(v/v,1∶1). |
