基于混合TOPSIS的货物装载加固方案评价

摘    要:分析影响铁路货物装载加固的因素,建立评估方案的模型。并将AHP与TOPSIS结合起来,使用层次分析法求解指标属性权重向量,运用逼近理想解排序法对其相应的指标进行计算。通过实例说明利用该方法评估铁路货物装载方案的科学性和合理性。

Abstract:The essay analyzes the influential factors of freight loaded and reinforced,establishes the evaluation model.First using of AHP solving theindex attribute weight vector,then using TOPSIS method to evaluate its comprehensive indexes through combining AHP and TOPSIS.Finally,with practical examples,illustrates science and reasonable of using this method to evaluate railway freight loading and reinforcing program.
