纯六方相钛酸锌粉体制备和表征

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,用Ti(OC4H9)4、Zn(NO3)2.6H2O、无水乙醇、冰醋酸等原料,利用直接升温和保温-升温两种方法合成超细的六方相ZnTiO3粉体.利用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM等测试分析手段对凝胶的热分解、相转变以及粉体结构形貌进行了表征.实验结果表明:ZnTiO3凝胶的热分析中,前躯体的热重变化主要分为三个阶段,其中DSC曲线在770820℃和850930℃间有多个小的吸热放热峰出现,对应于复杂的相变.在粉体制备过程中,先于700℃保温3 h再850℃加热5 h的处理,可以获得单一的六方相Zn-TiO3粉体.

Abstract:Ultra-fine pure hexagonal ZnTiO3 powder was successfully synthesized with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,Ti(OC4H9)4 ethanol and acetic acid as raw materials using sol-gel method by direct heat treatment and two-step heat treatment.The thermal behavior and phase transformation of the gels were investigated by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry(TG-DSC) analysis and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The morphology of the powder was characterized by scanning electronic microscope(SEM).The results show that in the thermal analysis of ZnTiO3 gel,the former body of the thermal changes can be divided into three phases.The DSC curves in the ranges of 770820℃ and 850930℃ contain a number of small exothermic peaks corresponding to the complex phase transformation of the gels.Higher purity of the hexagon phase is obtained after the two-step heat treatment in which the powder gel is incubated at 700℃ for 3 h followed by calcination at 850℃ for 5 h.
