| 摘 要： | 在确立军交运输信息化水平评价指标体系构建原则的基础上，设计了其评价指标体系，并对各评价指标的计算测度方法进行了研究。然后，探讨了其评价方法，对于指导我军军交运输信息化建设具有积极的作用与意义。
