摘    要:针对激光光斑特性及定位算法对四象限探测器定位系统精度影响较大的问题,分析了激光光斑特性、四象限探测器定位理论及常用算法,研究了5种不同情况下激光光斑中心定位算法,在此基础上进行数值积分,提出基于椭圆形、能量服从高斯分布的激光光斑的中心定位算法,并利用曲线拟合的方法将理论光斑与实际光斑进行比较.通过设计的定位系统进行实验验证,证明了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract:As the precision of the Four Quadrant Detector (QPD) orientation system was greatly influenced by the characteristics of the laser spot and location algorithm used,the paper analyzed the characteristics of the laser spot,the theoretical basis of QPD and the common algorithm.The laser spot center location algorithms of five different cases were studied.Through numerical integration based on the five cases,the article proposed the center location algorithm based on elliptic shape,Gaussian laser spot,and made a compare of the theory spot and actual spot after curve fitting.Self-designed orientation system was used for experiment,the results demonstrated that the theoretical analyses were correct.
