城市公共自行车租赁点布局优化模型

摘    要:为了寻找公共自行车租赁点的最优布局,从居民出行需求和交通设施供给角度出发,分析了目前公共自行车的使用特征与问题,建立由自适应遗传算法和方式分担交通分配组合反馈模型组成的双层模型进行求解,得到最优布局方案使得区域出行成本和公共自行车系统设施建设成本最小.通过实例对模型进行验证.结果表明:该模型能够有效解决城市公共自行车租赁点的布局问题.

An Optimization Model of the Layout of Public Bike Rental Stations

Abstract:To find the optimal layout of bike rental stations,from the aspect of residents' travel demand and traffic facility supply,the current characteristics and existing problems of the usage of public bike are analyzed.Then a bi-level programming model combined of self adaptive genetic algorithm and the combined feedback modal-spilt assignment model is built to solve the problem.The optimal layout plan can minimize regional travel cost and the construction cost of public bike system.A case is used to test and verify the practicability of the model.The result shows that the model can effectively solve the layout problem of bike rental stations and can offer suggestions for related planning.
