抗凋亡基因bcl-2在早期胃癌和癌前病变中的表达

应用免疫组化ＳＰ法对３２ 例早期胃癌及癌旁粘膜和２４ 例慢性萎缩性胃炎中ｂｃｌ ２ 的表达同时进行检测，结果癌旁和慢性萎缩性胃炎中不典型增生、单纯增生、腺体扩张和癌旁肠化均显示ｂｃｌ ２ 高表达，与癌无显著差异（ Ｐ＞ ００５），应视作癌前病变。ｂｃｌ ２ 在癌前病变和早期胃癌中的表达显著高于周围正常粘膜（ Ｐ＜００１），提示ｂｃｌ ２ 高表达是胃癌发生的早期事件，在胃癌发生上起着重要作用，可作为胃癌早期诊断的可靠指标

EXPRESSION OF ANTI-APOPTOSIS GENE bcl-2 IN EARLY STAGE GASTRIC CARCINOMA AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS

To evaluate the relationship of anti apoptosis gene bcl 2 with the occurence and development of gastric carcinoma, specimens of 32 cases of early stage gastric carcionoma and their paracancerous mucosa as well as 24 cases of chronic atrophical gastritis were detected with immunohistochemical SP techhique.The results showed that dysplasia ,simple hyperplasia, glandular distention and paracancerous metaplasia from mucosa of paracancerous tissues and chronic atrophical gastritis all had high bcl 2 expression rate and had no difference contrast with that of gastric carcinoma (P>0 05), which indicated that they should be regarded as precancerous lesions.Compared with normal mucosa surrouding ,the expression rates of early stage carcinoma and precancerous lesions were significantly higher (P<0.01).These implies the anti apoptosis gene bcl 2 enhancing expression may be the early event of carcinogenesis; may play an important role in the occcurence and progress of gastric carcinoma and may be a reliable marker to predicting the early stage gastric carcinoma.
