自血回输加补肾益脑汤治疗缺血性脑血管病的研究

１４５例缺血性脑血管病分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用自血回输（ＵＶＢ）加中药补肾益脑汤治疗，对照组采用脑活素加对症治疗。结果：治疗组的临床有效率和临床主要症状好转率均明显高于对照组，其实验室检测项目（ＴＧ、ＰＯ２、ＳＯＤ、ＭＤＡ、ＷＢＶ）两组治疗前后对比，治疗组明显地得到改善（Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明该疗法可降低血脂、血粘度和ＭＤＡ，提高血氧含量和ＳＯＤ含量，较单纯西药为好。

A STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF BLOOD-DEFICIENCY CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE WITH THE ULTRAVIOLET-RAY BLOOD(UVB) AND THE DECOCTION OF MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS OF ENRICHING THE KIDNEY AND BENEFITING BRAIN

patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into the treated group and the control group. The treated group was treated with the ultraviolet-ray blood(UVB)and the decoction of medicinal ingredients of enriching the kidney and benefiting brain, the control group was treated with cerebrolysin and expectant treatment.The results were as follows:the clinical effective rate and the clinical improvement rate of the treated group were significantly higher than those of the control group. When the laboratory detection items (TG,PO2,SOD, MDA and WBV) of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment, the items of the treated groups were obviously improved(P<0.05).This suggests that this way can reduce blood-fat,blood-viscosity and Malondialdohydo(MDA) and raise blood-oxygen content and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) content. This treatment is better than the treatment with simple Western medicine.
