| 摘 要： | 山西省高速公路设计中,不同院、所之间对相同的工程项目设计却不尽相同,从而对工程造价、工程质量和施工组织设计有较大影响。根据多年工程实践经验和对相关技术规范的理解提出对相关问题的意见,希望通过讨论交流,求得对问题认识的逐渐趋同。
