企业文化进入职业学校校园的有效途径

校企合作,工学结合人才培养模式是职业教育改革的发展方向,也是提高学生职业能力的有效途径。如何使工学结合更为紧密,途径有很多,其中将企业文化引入到校园,通过在校园内营造浓郁的企业文化,使学生在学校学习期间就感受到企业文化的熏陶,对其提高职业适应能力,尽快融入到企业生产过程中,具有重要意义。本文试图从"四条途径"和"十二种方式"入手,就如何将企业文化引入到职业学校校园做以阐述。

The Effective Ways to Introduce Corporate Culture into Vocational School
