烘干炉温度控制系统设计

摘    要:作为机务工装设备之一的烘干炉,其炉温的精确控制直接影响到机车检修工作的质量,因此,设计烘干炉温度控制系统,检测炉温,并通过对测得的温度数据进行分析和计算,得到合适的控制量,从而对温度按照工艺流程的要求实现控制,具有重要的现实意义.介绍了烘干炉温度控制系统的基本组成和工作原理,比较详细地论述了控制系统的硬件设计、数据处理和控制策略、以及软件设计.

Abstract:The drying stove is an equipment of depot.The precise temperature control of drying stove is very important because it will directly influence the quality of examining and repairing of locomotive.Hence,the design of temperature control system of the drying stove is significant.The system can detect the temperature of the drying stove,analyze and compute the measured data,provide proper control action to regulate the temperature of the drying stove.The structure and work principle of the temperature control system are presented.Meanwhile,the hardware,the software,the methods of data processing and the strategies of temperature control are mainly described.
