铺轨基地平面设计原理与能力计算初探

随着铁路建设管理精细化的需要,对铺轨基地设计要求不断提高,系统性地阐述铺轨基地平面设计,在对铺轨基地类型进行划分、对铺轨基地选址原则与平面布置原则等设计理论进行归纳总结的基础上,提出4种基地布置图型并进行分析比较,着重解决基地设计能力的计算,提出组成铺轨基地主生产作业区能力的生产存放区规模理论计算公式与股道规模的计算方法,并以实例验证完成铺轨基地的平面设计。

Preliminary Study on Design Principle of Layout Plan of Track-laying Base and Capacity Calculation

With the need for refined management of railway construction project,there is an increasingly higher requirement on the design of track-laying base.So this paper systematically expounded how the design of the layout plan of track-laying base should be carried out.After summarizing the type classification of track-laying base,site selection principle,layout plan principle and other design theories,the author put forward four types of layout patterns of track-laying base as well as made the comparison with each other.Further,in order to solve the problem of design capacity of track-laying base,the author provided the theoretical calculation formula of production storage area dimensions which would comprises the main production capacity of track-laying base,also provided the calculation method of track dimensions.These achievements have been verified by design example of layout plan of track-laying base.
