摘    要:受电弓的状态直接影响列车的运营安全和效率。在日常维护中,检修人员需要对受电弓滑板磨耗程度以及滑板与接触网导线的接触压力进行检测。介绍了一种列车受电弓在线自动检测系统,阐述了其组成、原理和工作流程。该系统可实现对受电弓关键特性参数(如滑板磨耗、中心线偏移、接触压力等)的非接触式检测,提高检修效率。

Abstract:The status of pantograph directly affects the train safety and operation efficiency.In daily maintenance,the maintenance personnel need to test the abrasion degree of pantograph slide plate and the contact pressure between slide plate and catenary contact wire.In this paper,a kind of train pantograph on-line automatic detection system is introduced,the composition,principle and working flow of the system are expounded.Practice has shown that the system can realize non-contact detection of pantograph′s key characteristic parameters(such as skateboard abrasion,centerline deviation,contact pressure,etc.),and consequently improve the maintenance efficiency.
