单悬浮架多控制器耦合磁悬浮系统动态特性研究

摘    要:介绍交互使用有限元分析软件和控制系统仿真软件实现弹性体与多控制器耦合结构的磁悬浮系统仿真方法。利用该方法研究弹性悬浮架的机械解耦作用。在控制系统仿真软件中建立磁悬浮系统刚性部件的动力特性模型以及悬浮控制器反馈模型,同时使用有限元技术建立弹性悬浮架模型,通过二次开发语言编程实现弹性悬浮架动力响应的有限元分析全过程,用C 语言编程实现仿真程序调用有限元分析程序的接口,从而实现整个悬浮系统的仿真。仿真过程证明,弹性悬浮架能够消除或减弱悬浮控制器之间的耦合作用。

Abstract:The simulation method of maglev system is given to realize elastic and multi-controller coupling using FEA softwareinteracting with simulation software of control system. With the method, the mechanical decoupling is studied for the elastic maglev frame. Inthe simulation software of control system, the dynamic model of the rigid components is built as well as the feedback model of maglevcontroller. Also built with finite element technology is the model of elastic suspension frame. All the FEA processes of motion response of theelastic maglev frame are realized through programming by secondary development language. The interface of FEA program accessed bysimulation program is realized by C language programming, so as to realize the simulation of the whole maglev system. The simulationprocess proves that the coupling effect between the maglev controllers could be removed of weakened with elastic maglev frame.
